Position Summary

The Full-Time Teller role at KeyBank's Westlake branch (1411 Columbia Road, Westlake, Ohio 44145) is perfect for customer-focused professionals with cash handling experience. Earn $18.00 - $22.60 per hour ($37,440 - $47,008 annually) while delivering top-tier service, processing transactions, and uncovering financial opportunities for clients. This in-person role involves standing for extended periods and occasional Saturday shifts, embodying KeyBank's client-first ethos.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding in-person client experiences by welcoming customers, processing deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately.
• Proactively identify and resolve servicing issues, escalating when necessary, while listening for cues to refer clients to bankers for deeper financial discussions.
• Balance cash drawers daily, adhere to compliance, audit, and security protocols, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, fees, and policies.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, collaborate with teammates, and educate clients on digital banking channels like ATM, online, and phone banking.
• Assist clients with financial wellness tools to help them achieve goals in budgeting, saving, and planning.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Proven experience in client service and cash handling roles.
• Comfortable with Windows-based PC applications and calculators.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, time management, and sales skills; Notary License preferred.
• Ability to stand 5-8 hours, lift up to 30 lbs., and occasionally drive.
