Position Summary
The Investment Banking Associate, Power & Renewable Energy, plays a pivotal role in KBCM's high-impact deals. Associates collaborate with senior bankers, industry experts, and product teams to originate and execute complex advisory mandates and public/private capital raises. This position offers unparalleled responsibility, including financial modeling, valuation, research, and presentation development, in a fast-paced environment focused on the growing renewable energy sector. Key Responsibilities
- Provide execution support on deals: financial statement analysis, model building, valuation, and industry research.
- Prepare critical documents like information memorandums, management presentations, and industry white papers.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage day-to-day project activities.
- Mentor and develop junior analysts under senior banker guidance.
- Contribute to special projects enhancing our power and renewable energy practice.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of investment banking experience, ideally in power or renewables.
- Proven experience managing and training junior bankers.
- Bachelor's degree from a strong academic program.
- Superior financial analysis, modeling, and business writing skills.
- Thrives in fast-paced team settings with an outstanding work ethic.
- Willingness to travel as needed; Series 79/63 licenses preferred.
