Key Responsibilities
Transaction Leadership
- Originate, execute, and close M&A deals, capital raises, divestitures, and fairness opinions.
- Manage all phases of the deal lifecycle: due diligence, valuation, structuring, and negotiation.
Client & Business Development
- Build trust-based relationships with corporate and private equity clients in power and renewables.
- Identify opportunities, craft pitches, and expand KeyBank's client base.
Team Mentorship
- Guide junior bankers, review work products, and foster professional growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in investment banking, specializing in middle-market power & renewable energy transactions.
- FINRA SIE, S7, S79, S63 licenses required.
- Bachelor's in Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent.

- Serve as trusted advisor to corporate and private equity clients, delivering strategic insights and tailored financial solutions
- Lead transaction execution including sell-side/buy-side M&A, capital raises, divestitures, and fairness opinions
- Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, preparing pitch materials, and collaborating with senior bankers
- Provide technical guidance and developmental support to junior and mid-level bankers
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and refer clients to other business lines
- Comply with all KeyBank policies, act ethically, and manage risks
