Based at our 11501 Outlook Street location in Overland Park, Kansas, this hybrid position (2+ days in office) involves monitoring fund movements, reconciling accounts, preparing investor reports, and maintaining compliance with servicing agreements. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and correct fund movements to PI/TI accounts, processing principal, interest, and escrow remittances.
- Reconcile custodial bank accounts daily, clearing discrepancies to minimize risk.
- Utilize systems like RECWEB and Excel to validate data and generate monthly investor reports.
- Interpret complex servicing agreements to meet reporting obligations and handle investor inquiries.
- Coordinate with Loan Servicing, Corporate Accounting, and external stakeholders for seamless operations.
