Position Summary
As an IT Banking Business Analyst-LoanIQ, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance application capabilities and streamline loan servicing processes. This mid-level role involves requirement gathering, solution design, testing coordination, and production support for commercial lending operations. Leverage your expertise in LoanIQ to drive business efficiency and technological innovation at KeyBank.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements for development teams.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure functional accuracy, data integrity, and optimal user experience.
- Serve as a key liaison between business users and technical teams, providing governance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Conduct data mining and analysis using advanced SQL skills to solve business problems.
- Manage requirement walkthroughs, ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely signoffs.
- Handle LoanIQ-specific tasks including table maintenance, deal setup, accruals, fees, payments, and general ledger accounting.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in financial services, preferably with LoanIQ.
- Deep knowledge of loan servicing processes and LoanIQ data model.
- Strong SQL, data analysis, and data mapping skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Visio.
- Preferred: LoanIQ functions, integration capabilities, API knowledge, and experience with upgrades or migrations.
