Position Summary

The Key Private Bank Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) plays a pivotal role in building and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients. Based at 4717 Main Avenue, Ashtabula, Ohio, this hybrid sales position covers Ashtabula County, OH, and Erie, PA. You'll partner with experienced Relationship Managers to deliver tailored financial strategies, identify growth opportunities, and achieve sales goals in a supportive, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities to retain, expand, and acquire client relationships by recommending banking, borrowing, and investment solutions.
• Coordinate extended advisory teams, acting as a client advocate and engaging senior leaders when needed.
• Analyze client financial data to develop comprehensive financial plans aligned with their goals.
• Deliver compelling in-person presentations and proactive consultations to close sales and drive growth.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of KPB sales processes, wealth management products, and competitive landscape.
• Participate in community organizations to strengthen KeyBank's local presence.
• Track client strategies using designated tools to ensure disciplined execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (preferred) or equivalent experience (required).
• Minimum 3 years of financial services experience.
• Preferred FINRA licenses: S7, S66 (or S63 and S65).
• Excellent client relationship, communication, and partnering skills.
• Deep knowledge of financial products, banking regulations, and high-net-worth client needs.
• Valid driver's license with ability for occasional travel; general office physical demands.
