Position Summary

The Key Private Bank Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) plays a pivotal role in managing and growing relationships with high-net-worth clients. Based at 660 White Plains Road in Tarrytown, New York, this hybrid sales role involves partnering with experienced Relationship Managers to deliver tailored financial strategies, achieve sales goals, and provide exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to retain, expand, and acquire client relationships by recommending banking, borrowing, and investment solutions.
  • Coordinate with advisory teams, acting as client advocate, and escalate to Market Leaders when needed.
  • Analyze client financial data to develop comprehensive financial plans aligned with goals.
  • Maintain disciplined client review processes using CRM tools to track strategy implementation.
  • Deliver consultative presentations and proactive outreach to meet sales targets.
  • Engage in community activities to strengthen KeyBank's local presence.
  • Stay knowledgeable on wealth management products, competitors, and regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of financial services experience required; Bachelor's degree in business preferred or equivalent.
  • Preferred FINRA licenses: S7, S66 (or S63 + S65).
  • Proven client relationship skills, sales experience, and knowledge of financial products.
  • Ability to drive, occasional travel, and hybrid office work with physical demands of prolonged sitting and PC use.

Compensation: Base salary $79,000 - $146,000 annually, based on experience and location.
