Position Summary
The Key Private Bank Client Relationship Associate (CRA) plays a pivotal role in supporting Relationship Managers and field teams to manage client portfolios, drive growth, and deliver top-tier service. Based at our 200 Middle Street, Suite 301 location in Portland, Maine, you'll handle client onboarding, proactive outreach, Salesforce CRM maintenance, and operational tasks like deposit account openings and lending support. This full-time, mid-level position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25.00 - $38.46 (equivalent to $52,000 - $79,999 annually) and is ideal for professionals with 3+ years in financial services seeking to excel in wealth management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales presentations, annual wealth reviews, and client meeting materials while owning post-meeting follow-ups.
- Coordinate new client onboarding, including Wealth Direction system integration, deposit accounts, and lending operations.
- Maintain Salesforce CRM for data accuracy and support revenue growth opportunities.
- Execute client contact strategies, educate on digital banking tools, and plan client events.
- Leverage the centralized Salesforce Task Queue to streamline service tasks and enhance efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred; minimum 3 years in financial services or wealth management required.
- Strong client service skills, including handling inquiries, communication, and problem resolution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and ability to learn proprietary banking systems.
- Discretion with sensitive information and knowledge of financial products/digital resources.
