By providing efficient service, you'll help grow and retain relationships, boosting client satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores. Key Responsibilities

  • Process tasks in shared work queues across markets to support Key Private Bank sales and client experience delivery.
  • Deliver first-resolution service for high-net-worth client needs in deposits, loans, investments, and trusts.
  • Adhere to authentication protocols, identify fraud red flags, and escalate as required.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers, CSAs, and specialists for optimal client support.
  • Maintain detailed Salesforce documentation and communicate status updates to field teams.
  • Spot opportunities for relationship expansion and consult with KPB Officers.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred; minimum 3 years in related financial services role required.
