Position Summary

The Key Private Bank Family Wealth Strategist is a senior-level advisor role focused on UHNW families. As the primary point of contact for referrals, you'll drive revenue growth, lead comprehensive sales and service strategies, and position KeyBank as the trusted family office partner. This full-time position in Cleveland, OH, offers a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $334,000 annually, plus incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Advisory Excellence

Act as lead advisor for complex UHNW families, building deep trust and comprehensive knowledge of their financial and family dynamics. Engage senior leadership and collaborate with the Family Office Director to deliver exceptional service.

Sales and Business Development

Orchestrate sales processes for new prospects, cultivate internal/external relationships, and participate in professional events. Accountable for revenue growth, onboarding new families, and deepening existing relationships, including next-generation members.

Client Service and Retention

Develop and document client strategies, ensure seamless execution of the client experience, and retain relationships through proactive service. Stay ahead of competitors by analyzing their strengths, weaknesses, products, and pricing.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of advisory experience with UHNW individuals, families, and family offices. Graduate degree in business or equivalent, with preferred credentials like JD, CPA, CFA, CFP, or Master’s. Expert knowledge in tax, investments, and estate planning. Proven interpersonal skills across diverse profiles, from entrepreneurs to C-level executives and younger generations. Demonstrated revenue enhancement track record and recognition as a Trusted Advisor.
