The Key Private Bank Senior Relationship Manager is the cornerstone of our client experience, serving as the primary advisor for high net worth clients. In this senior role, you'll develop and implement tailored financial strategies, coordinate with expert teams including trust, investment, and planning specialists, and drive business growth through relationship expansion and new client acquisition. Key Responsibilities

  • Recommend comprehensive banking, borrowing, and investment solutions aligned with client financial goals.
  • Lead and assemble extended advisory teams based on relationship complexity.
  • Conduct thorough Relationship Reviews to capture client goals in actionable financial plans.
  • Deliver compelling client presentations and maintain proactive, consultative contact.
  • Achieve sales targets through portfolio expansion, referrals, and new business development.
  • Prospect strategically using internal and external networks while engaging in community organizations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of proven sales and business development experience in financial services.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.
  • FINRA S7 license required; S66/S63/S65 preferred. Certifications like CFP, CFA, CPA, CIMA, or CWS highly valued.
  • Demonstrated expertise in investments, trust, credit, and financial products.
  • Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in financial analysis and PC applications.
  • Valid driver's license for occasional travel; ability to operate motor vehicle.
