Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of proven sales and business development success
  • Active FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) licenses
  • Resident State Insurance Licenses (Life, Variable, Accident/Health)
  • Expert knowledge of investments, trust, credit products, and banking regulations
  • Strong analytical skills with personal and commercial financial statements
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influence abilities

  • Prepare and deliver client presentations and maintain proactive, regular contact
  • Meet or exceed sales goals by expanding relationships, closing referrals, and capturing new business
  • Maintain prospecting pipeline leveraging internal and external referrals
  • Participate in community organizations for business development
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of wealth management products, services, and competitors
