Position Summary

The Key Private Bank Team Lead Associate in Dayton, OH, plays a pivotal role in managing associate teams to deliver superior client service, sales support, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Regional Associate Team Lead, this position supports the KPB Sales Leader in driving client relationships, ensuring compliance, and fostering team development. Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Development

• Supervise local market associates for seamless client experience collaboration with sales, wealth services, and support teams.
• Acquire deep knowledge of Client Experience and Strategist Associate roles; provide training, coaching, hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Ensure staffing coverage, backup support, and professional development plans.

Operational and Compliance Management

• Champion client service issue resolution, adhere to compliance standards, conduct monthly self-assessments, and monitor loans/fiduciary requirements.
• Oversee compliance training, RISC guidelines, and report issues to leadership.
• Maintain accurate client data, approve transitions, and ensure data integrity.

Sales Support Excellence

• Support sales reporting, new client onboarding, officer transitions, service reviews, and IM&T processes.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM, Keypad tools, and sales processes for optimal client delivery.
• Research complex issues, coordinate presentations, and delegate office duties.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services operations.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to train, coach, and manage teams.
• In-depth knowledge of compliance, client onboarding, credit processes, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
