Position Summary
The Key Wealth Systems Administrator plays a pivotal role in Key Wealth Management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of critical front-office systems, data management, and advisor connectivity. This position demands expertise in system maintenance, troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance while fostering partnerships across KeyBank teams and third-party vendors. Key Responsibilities
- Administer Key Wealth applications, platforms, and networks with expert-level workflow knowledge.
- Troubleshoot issues, partnering with Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Risk teams.
- Onboard users and integrate new systems into the Key Wealth tech environment.
- Manage vendor relationships using KeyBank’s enterprise GRC system for governance and compliance.
- Develop project documentation, testing plans, and support system upgrades/releases.
- Monitor performance, provide end-user training, and ensure regulatory standards are met.
- Contribute to business continuity planning and recruit top talent as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Proven system administration experience in wealth management or financial services.
- Strong troubleshooting, project management, and vendor management skills.
- Deep knowledge of GRC, regulatory compliance, and banking workflows.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across diverse teams.

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or related field preferred; industry certifications a plus.
