- Drive business continuity planning and user onboarding for optimal system adoption.
- Develop training materials and best practices for system modernization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred).
- At least 1 year of leadership or people-management experience.
- Deep expertise in wealth management workflows, systems, and platforms.
- Proven skills in system administration, integrations, troubleshooting, and vendor management.
