Position Summary
The Lead Business Risk and Controls Risk Advisor (Risk Analytics and Insights) plays a critical role in supporting KeyBank's lines of business with advanced risk reporting and analysis. This position involves developing sustainable controls, risk management programs, and impactful data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI. As a leader, you'll mentor junior teammates, collaborate with corporate risk partners, and drive strategic decision-making through actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) reporting processes for accuracy and alignment with enterprise risk frameworks.
- Analyze complex data to identify trends, emerging risks, and actionable insights for leadership.
- Design and deliver executive-level dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Create compelling presentations and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business units to tailor reporting to strategic objectives.
- Ensure data quality through validation, reconciliation, and governance adherence.
- Support quarterly risk profiles, audits, and regulatory exam preparations.
- Lead risk mitigation projects and mentor team members on best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience required.
- Minimum 5+ years in risk management, analytics, or related fields.
- Expertise in risk management processes, Tableau, Excel, and Power BI.
- Strong skills in data analysis, visualization, and effective communication.
- Experience with business process design and stakeholder collaboration.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and control frameworks in banking.
