Position Summary
The Lead Financial Analyst at KeyBank provides critical forecasting, reporting, and analysis support to executive leadership. Reporting to the Director of Brokerage Accounting, you'll design financial reports, perform in-depth analysis, and drive strategic decisions for securities, derivatives, and FX operations. Key Responsibilities
- Generate daily scorecards, dashboards, and liquidity/net capital reports for broker-dealers compliant with SEC and FINRA regulations.

- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis, stress testing, and modeling for forecasts, profitability, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, HR, technology, and business lines to allocate costs and guide decisions.
- Develop automation tools and provide insights on balance sheet, income drivers, and performance trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and Series 27 licensure (or obtainable within 1 year).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with Cognos, Tableau, or Workday preferred.
- Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.
