Position Summary

As a Lead Servicing Officer - Institutional Real Estate, you will manage a diverse portfolio of non-owner occupied and interim loans for KeyBank's Real Estate Institutional Capital Group. This role demands expertise in post-closing servicing, portfolio administration, and superior client service for complex revolvers, term, and bridge loans. Key Responsibilities

• Support client service for credit and non-credit products in Real Estate Capital Division.
• Handle pre-closing document reviews, funding evaluations, and closing meetings.
• Establish loan and disbursement controls, including borrowing base availability.
• Monitor title/tax updates, insurance, holdbacks, and facilitate rate/collateral changes.
• Maintain DDA Restricted Collateral Accounts and ensure system data integrity.
• Proactively resolve issues, communicate with RMs, and participate in projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in commercial real estate with knowledge of loan structures, title/liens, and collateral practices.
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, with aptitude for systems and math.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and multitasking in high-volume settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and familiarity with commercial loan/deposit systems.
