This mid-level role combines hands-on client service with leadership responsibilities, including coaching tellers, managing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional service standards. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client experiences by resolving complex issues and transitioning clients to bankers for deeper financial discussions.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of superior client relationship skills and cash handling experience.
• Proven leadership, organizational skills, and PC proficiency (Windows-based).
• Notary License preferred; strong sales, service, and judgment skills essential.
