Position Summary
As a Lead Teller at KeyBank in Boulder, CO, you'll be the frontline leader in creating outstanding client experiences. Earning between $18.75 - $24.52 per hour (approximately $39,000 - $51,000 annually), you'll solve problems, build relationships, and coach tellers to excellence. This mid-level role requires leadership in teller operations, compliance, and client service while uncovering opportunities for deeper financial conversations with our bankers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead teller line operations including scheduling, coaching, and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Handle complex client issues as the primary troubleshooter and relationship enhancer.
- Listen for financial needs, educate on tools, and seamlessly transition clients to bankers.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory, security, and audit controls; balance cash drawers accurately.
- Participate in daily huddles, support training, and work Saturdays as needed.
- Promote KeyBank products like ATM, online, and telephone banking to drive client success.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Notary License preferred.
- 3+ years in client relationships and cash handling.
- Proven leadership, organizational skills, and PC proficiency.
- Strong ethics, judgment, and sales abilities.
