Position Summary

As a Lead Teller at our Boulder, CO branch located at 1933 28th Street, you will serve as a trusted advisor and problem-solver for clients. This mid-level role involves leading the teller team, resolving complex issues, and enhancing client relationships through exceptional service. Lead Tellers coach tellers on best practices, manage daily operations, and uncover financial opportunities to transition clients to bankers. With a salary range of $18.75 - $24.52 per hour (approximately $39,000 - $51,000 annually), this position offers competitive pay in a dynamic banking environment. Saturday work may be required as directed.

Key Responsibilities

• Embody a client-first culture, providing personalized service and coaching tellers to elevate the client experience.
• Handle efficient teller operations, cash balancing, and complex transaction resolutions.
• Listen for financial needs during conversations and seamlessly refer clients to bankers for deeper wellness discussions.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of superior client relationship and cash handling experience.
• Proficiency in PC/Windows applications and demonstrated leadership skills.
• Notary License preferred; strong organizational and judgment skills essential.
