Position Summary

As a Lead Teller in our Cincinnati, OH branch located at 11221 Reed Hartman Highway, you will serve as a problem solver, trusted advisor, and leader within the branch. This mid-level role combines hands-on teller duties with supervisory responsibilities, including coaching tellers, managing daily operations, and ensuring outstanding client experiences. Ideal for experienced banking professionals passionate about client service, team leadership, and financial wellness. Full-time position with Saturday availability required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service while coaching tellers to maintain high standards in an in-person branch environment.
• Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues as the primary troubleshooter.
• Listen for financial needs during conversations and seamlessly transition clients to bankers for deeper discussions.
• Manage teller line operations, including scheduling, staffing, performance coaching, and compliance oversight.
• Balance cash drawers accurately, follow security protocols, and support branch manager in onboarding new tellers.
• Promote KeyBank products and educate clients on digital banking channels like ATM, Online, and Telephone Banking.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of superior client relationship skills and cash handling experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, motivation, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with PC Windows applications and calculators.
• Notary License preferred; strong sales, service, and judgment skills essential.
