Position Summary

As a Lead Teller at our Issaquah, WA branch located at 6220 Eastlake Sammamish Parkway, you will serve as a problem solver, trusted advisor, and leader within the teller team. This mid-level role involves handling complex client issues, coaching tellers, managing daily operations, and uncovering financial opportunities. With a salary range of $39,000 - $52,000 annually (converted from $18.75 - $25.00/hour), this position offers competitive pay for full-time employment, including Saturday shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Embody a strong client experience culture, being present and impactful for every client interaction.
• Lead efficient, accurate teller functions while coaching team members in an in-person branch environment.
• Act as primary troubleshooter for complex client servicing issues and enhance relationships through quality service.
• Listen for financial needs, transition clients to bankers, and assist with financial wellness tools.
• Manage teller line operations including scheduling, staffing, coaching, and compliance with regulations.
• Participate in morning huddles, end-of-day debriefs, balance cash drawers, and support onboarding new tellers.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
• 3+ years of superior client relationship skills and cash handling experience.
• PC proficiency with Windows applications and calculator.
• Proven leadership, motivation, teamwork, and multitasking abilities.
• Notary License preferred.
