This mid-level role involves handling complex client issues, coaching tellers, managing daily operations, and uncovering financial needs to transition clients to bankers. With a salary range of $39,000 - $52,000 annually (converted from $18.75 - $25.00/hour), this position offers competitive pay for full-time banking professionals in Ohio.

Key Responsibilities

• Embody a strong client experience culture by being present and impactful in every interaction.
• Perform and coach efficient, accurate teller functions in an in-person branch setting.
• Act as primary troubleshooter for complex client servicing issues and enhance relationships through quality service.
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to bankers for deeper conversations.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).

• Demonstrated leadership, motivation, teamwork, and organizational skills (required).
• Working knowledge of PC with Windows applications and calculator (required).
• Notary License (preferred).
