Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding client service, acting as the primary troubleshooter for complex issues while coaching tellers on best practices.
- Manage teller scheduling, staffing, operational standards, and ensure compliance with regulatory and security protocols.
- Listen actively during client interactions to identify financial needs and seamlessly transition to bankers for deeper conversations.
- Process cash transactions accurately, balance drawers, and promote digital banking channels like ATM, Online, and Telephone Banking.
- Participate in daily huddles, support new teller onboarding, and work Saturdays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- 3+ years of superior client relationship skills and cash handling experience.
- Proven leadership, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
- PC proficiency with Windows applications; Notary License preferred.
