Position Summary

As a Licensed Private Client Banker in Batavia, NY, you will focus on comprehensive client relationships for those with up to $2M in investable assets. This full-time, mid-level role offers a salary range of $50,998 - $78,000 annually ($24.52 - $37.50 per hour) and requires FINRA licenses (S6, S63, SIE) and Life & Health Insurance licenses upon hire. Key Responsibilities

• Embody a client-first culture, listening for financial opportunities and providing tailored recommendations via referrals to investments, insurance, and more.
• Prospect and build referral pipelines with internal and external centers of influence, documenting efforts diligently.
• Open accounts including checking, business, deposits, lending, and CDs while deepening client relationships.
• Partner with branch teams, Key Investment Services, Mortgage, and Business Banking for client acquisition.
• Ensure compliance, support teller operations, and participate in daily huddles.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proven experience in customer relationships, sales goals, prospecting, and networking in insurance/investments.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and influence partners.
• Proficiency in MS Office, PCs, and digital tools like mobile apps and online banking.
• All required FINRA and insurance licenses upon hire.
