Position Summary

As a Licensed Private Client Banker in Centralia, WA, you'll be a trusted advisor delivering plan-based financial advice. Assess client needs, recommend solutions, and refer to specialists in investments, insurance, mortgage, and business banking. Embody a client-first culture while supporting branch operations at our 201 West Main Street location.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion exceptional client experiences by listening for financial opportunities and providing tailored recommendations.
• Prospect and build referral networks with internal and external partners.
• Open accounts, process transactions, and educate on digital banking tools.
• Maintain compliance and deep product knowledge for meaningful conversations.
• Collaborate with teammates on huddles, debriefs, and daily operations.

Required Qualifications

• FINRA Licenses: S6, S63, SIE (upon hire).
• Life and Health Insurance Licenses (upon hire).
• Proven sales experience in insurance/investments and relationship building.
• Strong interpersonal skills, sales techniques, and digital literacy (MS Office, mobile apps).
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
