Position Summary

As a Licensed Private Client Banker in Chesterland, OH, you'll be a pivotal partner for clients with up to $2M in investable assets. Focus on comprehensive financial wellness through a plan-based approach, assessing needs, documenting data, and referring tailored solutions across Retail, Investments, Private Bank, Mortgage, and Business Banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion exceptional client experiences by listening for financial opportunities and delivering customized recommendations.
• Prospect and build referral pipelines with internal and external centers of influence.
• Open accounts including checking, business, deposits, lending, and CDs.
• Maintain deep knowledge of products to drive meaningful conversations.
• Ensure compliance, support branch operations, and foster team partnerships.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
• Experience: Proven sales in insurance/investments, relationship building, prospecting, and influencing partners.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, PC proficiency (MS Office), digital tech savvy, comfort with small businesses.
• Licenses: FINRA S6, S63, SIE; Life & Health Insurance (upon hire).
