Position Summary
As a Licensed Private Client Banker (PCB) at KeyBank's Clifton Park branch (1703 Route 9), you will serve high-net-worth clients with up to $2M in investable assets. Embrace a plan-based approach to financial wellness, assessing needs, documenting data, and delivering tailored products from retail banking, investments, private banking, mortgages, and business services. This full-time role combines client advising, sales, and operational support in a dynamic branch environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience and Financial Advice
- Deliver exceptional client interactions, listening for financial opportunities and providing customized recommendations.
- Refer investment, insurance, and lending solutions to specialized partners.
Sales and Growth
- Prospect and build referral pipelines with internal and external centers of influence.
- Achieve sales goals for accounts, deposits, and loans while documenting efforts.
Operations and Compliance
- Open accounts, support teller transactions, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Participate in team huddles and work Saturdays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven track record in customer relationships, sales goals, prospecting, and networking in insurance/investments.
- Skills: Strong rapport-building, objection-handling, PC proficiency (MS Office), and digital tech knowledge.
- Licenses: FINRA S6, S63, and SIE required upon hire; Life and Health licenses beneficial.
