Position Summary

As a Licensed Private Client Banker in Colville, WA, you'll be the go-to advisor for clients with up to $2M in investable assets. Focus on holistic financial wellness through a plan-based approach, assessing needs, recommending solutions, and referring to specialists in investments, insurance, mortgages, and business banking. This full-time role combines sales expertise, relationship building, and branch support in a dynamic banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Embody a client-first culture, listening for financial opportunities and delivering tailored recommendations.
• Prospect and build referral networks with internal and external partners.
• Open accounts, process transactions, and educate on digital banking tools.
• Maintain compliance, document interactions, and support daily branch operations.
• Collaborate with teammates to deepen client relationships and achieve sales goals.

Required Qualifications

• FINRA Licenses: S6, S63, SIE (required upon hire).
• Life and Health Insurance Licenses (required).
• Proven sales experience in insurance/investments and foundational knowledge of sales techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills, PC proficiency (MS Office), and digital technology savvy.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Salary Range: $50,998 - $78,000 annually (converted from $24.52 - $37.50/hour).
