Position Summary
As a Licensed Private Client Banker (PCB) in East Greenbush, NY, you'll serve clients with up to $2M in investable assets. Embodying a plan-based approach, you'll act as a trusted advisor, solving problems and delivering financial wellness through tailored products and referrals to Key Investment Services, Private Bank, Mortgage, and Business Banking.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Financial Advice
- Listen for financial opportunities and deliver customized recommendations, referring investment and insurance products.
- Assess needs, document data, and open accounts including checking, business, home equity, and CDs.
Prospecting & Partnerships
- Build referral pipelines via internal/external centers of influence and disciplined prospecting.
- Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business professionals for client acquisition.
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with risk, security, and audit policies.
- Support teller transactions, huddles, and Saturday shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma/GED (required); Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
- Experience: Proven sales in insurance/investments, relationship building, prospecting, and influencing partners.
- Skills: Rapport-building, PC proficiency (MS Office), digital tech knowledge, comfort with small businesses.
- Licenses: FINRA S6, S63, SIE upon hire.
