Position Summary
The Licensed Private Client Banker (PCB) at KeyBank's Fairbanks branch is a trusted advisor serving clients with up to $2M in investable assets. This role combines problem-solving, relationship building, and financial planning to deliver comprehensive solutions. PCBs assess needs, recommend products, and refer to specialists in investments, insurance, mortgages, and business banking. Located at 100 Cushman Street, Fairbanks, AK 99707, this position offers a salary range of $50,998 - $78,000 annually (converted from $24.52 - $37.50/hour).
Key Responsibilities
- Embody a client-first culture by listening for financial opportunities and providing tailored recommendations.
- Prospect and build referral networks with internal and external partners.
- Open accounts, process transactions, and support branch operations including teller duties.
- Maintain compliance with all policies and document client interactions.
- Develop expertise in KeyBank products and competitive offerings for meaningful conversations.
Essential Functions Include:
Participating in daily huddles, working Saturdays as needed, and fostering partnerships across lines of business.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven track record in customer relationships, sales goals, prospecting, and networking in financial services.
- Licenses: FINRA S6, S63, and SIE required upon hire.
- Skills: PC proficiency (MS Office), digital tech savvy, strong rapport-building, and influence with partners.
