Position Summary
Join KeyBank as a Licensed Private Client Banker in Gig Harbor, WA. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor for clients with up to $2M in investable assets, delivering plan-based financial advice and comprehensive solutions. As part of the Key Private Client Program, you'll assess needs, recommend products, and refer to specialists in investments, insurance, mortgages, and business banking. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly range of $24.52 - $37.50, equating to approximately $51,000 - $78,000 annually, and requires FINRA licenses (S6, S63, SIE).
Key Responsibilities
- Embody a client-first culture by listening for financial opportunities and delivering customized wellness recommendations.
- Prospect and build referral pipelines with internal and external centers of influence.
- Open accounts, process transactions, and support branch operations including teller duties.
- Maintain compliance with all policies and foster partnerships across KeyBank lines of business.
- Participate in team huddles and work Saturdays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience in client relationship development, sales goals, and referral building in financial products.
- FINRA S6, S63, and SIE licenses required upon hire.
- Strong PC skills (MS Office) and digital technology knowledge.
- Proven interpersonal skills for rapport-building and influencing partners.
