Position Summary

As a Licensed Private Client Banker in Granite Falls, WA, you'll serve as a problem solver and partner to individuals and businesses. Using a plan-based approach, assess client needs, recommend financial products, and refer to specialists in investments, insurance, mortgages, and business banking. High school diploma required (Bachelor's preferred), plus essential FINRA licenses (S6, S63, SIE) and life/health insurance licenses upon hire. Enjoy a competitive salary range of $50,998 - $78,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Embody a client-first culture, delivering personalized financial wellness recommendations.
• Prospect and build referral networks with internal and external partners.
• Open accounts including checking, business, loans, and CDs.
• Collaborate with branch teams and specialists for client acquisition and retention.
• Maintain compliance, support operations, and participate in team huddles.

Required Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in insurance/investments and relationship building.
• Sales techniques including prospecting, networking, and objection handling.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build instant rapport.
• Proficiency in MS Office, PCs, and digital banking tools.
• All required FINRA and insurance licenses upon hire.
