Key Responsibilities

• Embody a client-first culture by listening for financial opportunities and providing customized recommendations.
• Prospect and build referral networks with internal and external partners to grow your client pipeline.
• Open and manage personal/business accounts, including checking, loans, and deposits.
• Collaborate with branch teams, investment services, and other lines of business to deepen client relationships.
• Maintain compliance, support daily operations, and participate in team huddles.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• FINRA Licenses: S6, S63, SIE (upon hire).
• Life and Health Insurance Licenses (upon hire).
• Proven experience in sales, client relationship development, prospecting, and networking.
• Strong interpersonal skills, PC proficiency (MS Office), and knowledge of digital banking tools.
• Comfort with small business clients and influencing partners.
