Position Summary
As a Licensed Private Client Banker (PCB) at KeyBank's Issaquah branch (405 NW Gilman Boulevard), you will serve clients with up to $2M in investable assets. This role focuses on holistic client relationships, delivering plan-based financial advice, and referring solutions across retail banking, investments, private banking, mortgage, and business banking. Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Financial Wellness
- Listen for financial opportunities and provide customized recommendations, referring investment and insurance products.
- Assess needs, document data, and open accounts including checking, business, deposits, lending, and CDs.
Sales & Prospecting
- Build referral pipelines via internal/external centers of influence and disciplined prospecting.
- Attain activity, behavior, and outcome goals consistently.
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to risk, security, and audit policies.
- Support branch operations, teller line, huddles, and Saturday shifts as needed.
- Develop partnerships with teammates and line-of-business professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma/GED (required); Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
- Experience: Proven track record in customer relationships, sales goals, insurance/investment referrals, prospecting, and networking. Comfort with small business clients and influencing partners.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal rapport-building, PC proficiency (MS Office), digital tech knowledge (mobile/apps).
- Licenses: FINRA S6, S63, and SIE required upon hire.
