Position Summary

As a Licensed Private Client Banker (PCB) at KeyBank's Kerhonkson branch, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, problem solver, and partner to individuals and businesses. This full-time role focuses on holistic financial wellness through a plan-based approach. You'll assess needs, recommend solutions, and refer to specialists in investments, insurance, mortgages, and business banking. With a salary range of $52,000 - $80,000 annually (converted from $25.00 - $38.46/hour), this position offers competitive pay in a supportive banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences by listening for financial opportunities and providing customized recommendations.
• Prospect and build referral pipelines with internal and external centers of influence.
• Open accounts, process transactions, and support branch operations including teller duties.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, document interactions, and participate in team huddles.
• Deepen client relationships through partnerships with Key Investment Services, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams.

Required Qualifications

• FINRA Licenses: S6, S63, and Security Industry Essentials (SIE) upon hire.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proven experience in customer relationships, sales goals, prospecting, and networking.
• Strong PC skills (MS Office) and digital technology knowledge for client education.
• Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and influence partners.
