Position Summary
As a Licensed Private Client Banker (PCB) at KeyBank's Lansdale branch (1804 North Broad Street, Lansdale, Pennsylvania 19446), you will serve as a problem solver and partner for clients with up to $2M in investable assets. Using a plan-based approach, you'll assess financial needs, recommend tailored solutions, and refer to specialists in investments, insurance, mortgages, and business banking. This full-time, mid-level role embodies exceptional client experiences and drives financial wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion client experience by listening for financial opportunities and providing customized recommendations.
- Prospect and build referral pipelines with internal and external centers of influence.
- Open accounts including checking, business, deposits, home equity, and lending products.
- Develop partnerships with branch teams and lines of business for client acquisition and retention.
- Maintain compliance, support teller operations, and participate in team huddles.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven sales in insurance/investments, relationship building, prospecting, and influencing partners.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, PC proficiency (MS Office), digital tech knowledge, comfort with small businesses.
- Licenses: FINRA S6, S63, SIE; Life & Health Insurance licenses upon hire.
