Position Summary

The Licensed Private Client Banker (PCB) in Littleton, CO, is a trusted advisor focusing on comprehensive financial wellness. This role involves assessing client needs, recommending tailored solutions, and referring to specialists in investments, insurance, mortgage, and business banking. With a salary range of $50,998 - $78,000 annually (converted from $24.52 - $37.50/hour), this position offers competitive compensation for mid-level banking professionals holding required FINRA licenses (S6, S63, SIE).

Key Responsibilities

• Embody a client-first culture by listening for financial opportunities and delivering customized recommendations.
• Prospect and build referral pipelines through disciplined calling and networking with internal/external influencers.
• Open accounts (checking, business, deposits, lending) and deepen client relationships via partnerships.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, support branch operations, and participate in team huddles.
• Leverage knowledge of private client products to conduct meaningful financial conversations.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and foundational sales techniques.
• FINRA S6, S63, and SIE licenses upon hire.
• Strong interpersonal skills, PC proficiency (MS Office), and digital technology knowledge.
