Position Summary
As a Licensed Private Client Banker (PCB) in Long Beach, WA, you will focus on the entire client relationship using a plan-based approach to financial advice. Serving clients with up to $2M in investable assets, you'll assess needs, document data, and refer tailored solutions across Retail, Key Investment Services, Private Bank, Mortgage, and Business Banking. This full-time, mid-level role offers a competitive salary range of $50,998 - $78,000 annually (converted from $24.52 - $37.50/hour).
Key Responsibilities
- Embody a strong client experience culture, listening for financial wellness opportunities and providing customized recommendations.
- Build and maintain a referral pipeline through disciplined prospecting and partnerships with internal/external centers of influence.
- Open accounts, support teller transactions, and ensure compliance with all policies.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of KeyBank products and competitive offerings for meaningful client conversations.
- Participate in huddles, debriefs, and branch operations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
- FINRA Licenses: S6, S63, SIE (upon hire); Life and Health Insurance Licenses (upon hire).
- Proven experience in customer relationships, sales goals, prospecting, and networking.
- Strong interpersonal skills, PC proficiency (MS Office), and digital technology knowledge.
- Comfort with small business clients and influencing partners.
