Position Summary
As a Licensed Private Client Banker in Maple Valley, WA, you'll be a pivotal partner for clients with up to $2M in investable assets. Focus on comprehensive financial advice, assessing needs, and referring tailored solutions across retail banking, investments, private banking, mortgages, and business services. High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred. Must hold FINRA S6, S63, SIE licenses and life/health insurance licenses upon hire.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion exceptional client experiences by listening for financial opportunities and providing customized recommendations.
- Prospect and build referral networks with internal and external influencers, documenting efforts diligently.
- Open accounts including checking, business, deposits, lending, and CDs.
- Collaborate with branch teams and partners to acquire and deepen client relationships.
- Maintain compliance, support teller operations, and participate in daily huddles.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building insurance/investment referrals.
- Strong sales techniques including tele-consulting, prospecting, and networking.
- Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and influence partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PCs, and digital banking tools to educate clients.
