Position Summary

As a Licensed Private Client Banker in Marysville, WA, you will focus on comprehensive client relationships using a plan-based approach to financial advice. Serving clients with up to $2M in investable assets, you'll assess needs, recommend products, and refer to specialists in investments, insurance, mortgages, and business banking. This full-time role combines sales expertise, relationship building, and branch support to drive client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Embody a client-first culture by listening for financial opportunities and delivering customized recommendations.
• Prospect and build referral pipelines with internal and external centers of influence.
• Open accounts including checking, business, deposits, lending, and CDs.
• Develop partnerships to deepen client relationships and acquire new business.
• Ensure compliance, support teller operations, and participate in team huddles.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
• Experience in customer relationships, sales goals, and referrals for insurance/investments.
• FINRA Licenses: S6, S63, SIE (upon hire).
• Life and Health Insurance Licenses (upon hire).
• Strong interpersonal skills, PC proficiency (MS Office), and digital technology knowledge.
