Position Summary

As a Licensed Private Client Banker in Monroe, WA, you'll be the go-to advisor for clients with up to $2M in investable assets. Focus on holistic financial wellness through needs assessments, personalized recommendations, and seamless referrals to specialized services like investments, insurance, mortgages, and business banking. This full-time role combines sales expertise, relationship building, and branch support in a dynamic banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion exceptional client experiences by listening for financial opportunities and delivering tailored solutions.
• Prospect and develop referral networks with internal partners and external influencers.
• Open and manage various accounts, including checking, business, lending, and CDs.
• Maintain deep knowledge of KeyBank products and competitors to drive meaningful conversations.
• Support daily branch operations, including teller duties and team huddles.
• Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and operational policies.

Required Qualifications

• FINRA Licenses: S6, S63, SIE (upon hire); Life and Health Insurance Licenses (upon hire).
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proven experience in customer relationships, sales goals, prospecting, and networking.
• Strong interpersonal skills, objection handling, and partner influence.
• Proficiency in MS Office, PCs, and digital banking tools.
