Position Summary
As a Licensed Private Client Banker in Norristown, PA, you'll act as a trusted advisor, delivering plan-based financial advice. Focus on client relationships, assessing needs, and referring solutions across Retail, Investments, Private Bank, Mortgage, and Business Banking. This full-time role combines sales expertise, relationship building, and branch support to drive financial wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Embody a client-first culture, listening for financial opportunities and providing customized recommendations.
- Prospect and build referral pipelines through disciplined calling and networking.
- Open accounts (checking, business, lending, CDs) and refer to specialized partners.
- Maintain compliance with all policies and support branch operations, including teller duties.
- Develop partnerships with teammates and centers of influence for client acquisition.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- FINRA S6, S63, and SIE licenses required upon hire.
- Proven experience in customer relationships, sales goals, and referral building in insurance/investments.
- Sales techniques knowledge (tele-consulting, prospecting, networking).
- PC proficiency (MS Office) and digital tech savvy to educate clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and influence partners.
