Position Summary
As a Licensed Private Client Banker in Orting, WA, you'll deliver comprehensive financial solutions using a plan-based approach. This full-time role focuses on building lasting client relationships, identifying financial needs, and referring tailored products from retail banking, investments, mortgages, and business services. With a salary range of $50,998 - $78,000 annually (converted from $24.52 - $37.50/hour), enjoy competitive pay in a supportive branch environment at 105 E Calistoga.
Key Responsibilities
- Embody a client-first culture by listening for financial opportunities and providing customized recommendations.
- Prospect and develop referral pipelines with internal/external centers of influence.
- Open accounts, process transactions, and support branch operations including teller duties.
- Maintain deep knowledge of KeyBank products and ensure full compliance with policies.
- Collaborate with partners in Key Investment Services, Private Bank, Mortgage, and Business Banking.
- Participate in team huddles and work Saturdays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- FINRA S6, S63, and SIE licenses required upon hire.
- Proven experience in customer relationships, sales goals, and referral building in insurance/investments.
- Strong sales techniques, rapport-building, and digital tech proficiency (MS Office, mobile apps).
- Comfort with small business clients and influencing partners.
