Position Summary

As a Licensed Private Client Banker (PCB) at KeyBank's Ossining branch (170 South Highland Avenue), you will serve clients with up to $2M in investable assets. This full-time, mid-level role focuses on holistic financial wellness through a plan-based approach. Assess client needs, recommend tailored solutions, and refer to specialists in investments, insurance, mortgages, and business banking. Embody our client-first culture while supporting branch operations and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion exceptional client experiences by listening for financial opportunities and delivering customized recommendations.
• Prospect and develop referral pipelines with internal and external centers of influence.
• Open accounts including checking, business, deposits, lending, and CDs.
• Maintain deep knowledge of KeyBank products and competitors for informed conversations.
• Partner with branch teams and lines of business for client acquisition and retention.
• Ensure compliance, support teller line as needed, and participate in daily huddles.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• FINRA S6, S63, SIE licenses and Life/Health Insurance licenses upon hire.
• Proven experience in sales, customer relationships, prospecting, and networking.
• Strong interpersonal skills, objection handling, and partner influence.
• Proficiency in MS Office, PCs, and digital banking tools.
