Position Summary

As a Licensed Private Client Banker in Port Orchard, WA, you will serve as a trusted advisor to high-value clients with up to $2M in investable assets. This full-time role combines relationship management, financial planning, and sales expertise to help clients achieve financial wellness. You'll assess needs, recommend solutions, and collaborate with specialists in investments, insurance, mortgages, and business banking. With a salary range of $50,998 - $78,000 annually (converted from $24.52 - $37.50/hour), this position offers competitive compensation in a dynamic banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Embody a client-first culture by listening for financial opportunities and delivering customized recommendations.
• Prospect and build referral networks with internal partners and external influencers.

Required Qualifications

• FINRA Licenses: S6, S63, SIE (required upon hire).
