Position Summary

The Licensed Private Client Banker (PCB) at KeyBank's Seattle branch is a trusted advisor focused on comprehensive client relationships. Located at 2401 34th W, Seattle, WA 98199, this role involves assessing financial needs, recommending solutions, and referring to specialized services in investments, insurance, mortgages, and business banking. PCBs embody a client-first culture, driving financial wellness through plan-based advice and strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client experiences by listening for financial opportunities and providing tailored recommendations.
• Prospect and build referral networks with internal and external centers of influence.
• Open accounts, process transactions, and support branch operations including teller duties.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, document interactions, and participate in team huddles.
• Leverage knowledge of banking products to deepen client relationships and achieve sales goals.

Required Qualifications

• FINRA Licenses: S6, S63, and SIE required upon hire; Life and Health Insurance licenses preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, customer relationship development, and referral building in financial services.
• Strong sales techniques, including prospecting, networking, and objection handling.
• PC proficiency (MS Office) and digital technology knowledge for client education.
