Position Summary

As a Licensed Private Client Banker (PCB) at KeyBank's Seattle branch located at 1700 N 45th Street, you will serve as a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to clients with up to $2M in investable assets. This full-time role focuses on holistic financial planning, assessing client needs, and delivering tailored solutions through referrals to Key Investment Services, Private Bank, Mortgage, and Business Banking. Key Responsibilities

• Listen for financial opportunities in client conversations and provide customized recommendations, referring investment and insurance products.
• Prospect and build referral pipelines with internal and external centers of influence, documenting efforts diligently.
• Open accounts including consumer checking, small business deposits, home equity, and CDs.
• Foster partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business professionals for client acquisition and relationship deepening.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, support teller line as needed, and participate in daily huddles.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
• Experience: Proven track record in customer relationships, sales goals, prospecting, networking, and influencing partners; comfortable with small business clients.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, PC proficiency (MS Office), digital technology knowledge, and ability to educate clients on platforms.
• Licenses: FINRA S6, S63, SIE, and Life & Health Insurance licenses required upon hire.
