Position Summary
As a Licensed Private Client Banker (PCB) at KeyBank's Seattle branch located at 9255 Rainier Avenue S, you will act as a trusted advisor for clients with up to $2M in investable assets. This role focuses on holistic financial wellness, assessing needs, documenting data, and delivering or referring tailored solutions across retail banking, investments, mortgages, and business services. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by listening for financial opportunities and providing customized recommendations, including referrals for investments and insurance.
- Prospect and develop referral pipelines through internal and external centers of influence, documenting efforts diligently.
- Open various accounts (checking, business, deposits, lending) and educate clients on digital platforms.
- Foster partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business experts to deepen client relationships.
- Support branch operations, ensure compliance, and participate in daily huddles; occasional Saturday work required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- FINRA S6, S63, and SIE licenses required upon hire.
- Proven experience in customer relationship development, sales goals, and referral building in insurance/investments.
- Strong sales techniques, including prospecting, networking, and objection handling.
- PC proficiency (MS Office) and digital tech knowledge; excellent interpersonal skills essential.
